Embracing its dynamic location 'between' sweeping expressways, this hotel restaurant in Sydney evolves and transforms as the day unfolds to an ever-changing backdrop of Sydney's Darling Harbour. The dining experience moves ‘between' spaces and experiences, as you share in dishes that reflect the season and the region, with a menu celebrating locally sourced ingredients from ‘between the borders' in NSW.

    A limited Valentine's set menu designed for sharing, with a welcome cocktail on arrival and Moet mini bottles available to elevate the occasion. 

    Whether it's a first date or a familiar spark, this is a table made to be shared. 

    Seatings at 5:30PM and 8PM.

    Step into a world where art meets dessert. The new 2am: dessertbar menu at BTWN is a feast for the senses, featuring exclusive creations by Janice Wong that blend Singaporean flair with locally sourced Australian ingredients.
     
    From the bold Chilli Chocolate to the refreshing Green Garden, every dish is handcrafted and paired with thoughtfully curated cocktails or non-alcoholic sips.
